Kovilvenni Ramaswamy (Ram)

Founder & CEO

Ram has over 30 years of experience in the IT space and more than a decade in the Health IT services. He has managed enterprise wide IT initiatives across the entire business continuum covering both federal & commercial space. He has covered Health IT initiatives both in US and international. He founded the company on the notion that Healthcare Enterprises benefit a lot from consumer empowerment.

Prior to finding Health360 Ram played the role of Chief Innovation Officer for a Small Business focused on opportunities in Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (HHS/CMS). He focused on Enterprise wide initiatives that supported Healthcare Interoperability, Identity & Access Management, Healthcare Program Integrity and Value Based Care.

Sheela Datta

Head of Business Development & Operations

A graduate of the University of Chicago, Sheela spent more than a decade at PwC in the Health Industries Practice, where she worked with the Health Research Institute, Global Healthcare Team, Research & Analytics, and Advisory Services. Prior to joining VirtualHealth, she led clinical operations and technology optimization for the Government Programs Division at the Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), one of the country’s largest health insurance companies. Most recently, Sheela, as the Chief Client Officer, spearheaded VirtualHealth’s award-winning consultative approach to product implementation and business process optimization across the full range of care management and population health domains.

Sunil I. Madan, MD, MBA, CPE, FACEP

Chief Clinical Officer

Senior healthcare leader and executive with over 22 years of experience in both academic and community medicine. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Luminis Health, a 1.2B dollar comprehensive healthcare system in the greater Washington, DC market. Dr. Madan has vast experience providing executive leadership over business operations & clinical services including oversight of information technology, physician groups, care management/transitional care, quality, risk, lab, pharmacy, radiology, and population health. He also has extensive experience in the field of information technology from managing, implementing, and optimizing information systems to developing new products & technologies.
