What is SH360?

SH360 is a mobile application that runs on iOS and Android devices. It allows Members to have their health information aggregated from their visits to Primary Care Physicians, Hospitals, Urgent Care, Lab reports and others.

What can I use SH360 for, once I am registered?

Once registered, a member can see his or her Personal Health Information. This includes the member’s Medications, Allergies, Hospital visits, Discharge Summaries, Test Reports and others.

How do I register myself in SH360?

You can download the mobile app for SH360 in App Store, free of cost. Once downloaded, please launch the app. The app will guide you through the registration process.

Is my information safe and secure?

All of the member information is stored in the Database in an encrypted form. In addition, the personal health information of the member is encrypted using a Zero-knowledge encryption process. The Zero knowledge encryption process uses an encryption key that is truly owned by the Member.

Is my information on the cloud?

Yes. The member information is stored on the SH360 servers in an encrypted form. In addition, the Personal Health Information is encrypted using a Zero Knowledge encryption process.

Will I need to have a data plan with my phone career?

SH360 needs Internet Connection to display a complete 360 view of the Patient Health Information. We recommend that user connects to a WIFI network to avoid incurring any data plan charges.

I visited my Primary Care Physician (PCP). The front desk staff asked me to scan my SH360 QR code. Why is that?

Patients QR Code allows the consumer to extract the demographic and insurance details of the Patient. It will enable the front desk staff to verify the patient information.

I visited my Primary Care Physician. When will I see all of the updates including the medications, test results on my Phone?

Usually the information updates in the SH360 system will happen within a few hours. Under extreme situations where there is a heavy usage of the system, it possible it make take up to a maximum of 24 hrs

I want to share my medical information with my PCP. How do I do that?

In order to share their information with Participating physicians and staff, members scan the QR code of the physicians. This results in a consent to share screen, if the physician has not been granted access before. Once granted, the physician sees the Patient clinical information in the SH360 Clinical Viewer

What is key escrow and why is it important?

Since SH360 supports Zero Knowledge Encryption using a Member owned key, it becomes critical to take a copy of the key for backup purposes. Typically this is done through the users icloud account for iOS users.

What is the Roadmap for SH360?

We will have our first Pilot rolling out around the 2nd quarter of 2019. Our Release to the market is scheduled for late 3rd Quarter of 2019.

How do I register myself?

How do I see if my member had any medication changes since the previous visit?

Using the Desktop or Laptop:

  1. Click on the application icon for SH360. This displays a QR Code.
  2. Have the patient scan the QR code through the Patient SH360 app
  3. Ask the patient to allow for permissions to read their information, it they get a message on their Mobile phone that requests their granting access to the doctor
  4. The doctor will now see the patient information displayed in the browser window that displayed the QR code

Using the SH360 Provider Mobile App:

  1. Launch the SH360 app and log in
  2. Launch the QR Code
  3. Have the patient scan the QR code through the Patient SH360 app
  4. Ask the patient to allow for permissions to read their information, it they get a message on their Mobile phone that requests their granting access to the doctor
  5. The doctor will now see the patient information displayed in their mobile dashboard for Patients
